Place, History & Tradition
In growing from a small entrepreneurial company to a professionally managed sales and marketing firm, defining our corporate culture has always been of great importance. In essence, our culture is mainly a result of our original “place” and our “history and traditions.”
Our original place is Alberta – home of the Rocky Mountains, beautiful clear blue skies, and hardworking, direct, western folks.
Traditionally, it has been a place of entrepreneurs where business is done easily, openly and with a handshake.
The history of Alberta has many stories of rugged individualism but more recently its greatest achievements have been as a result of people working together as "partners." The realization that it is through teamwork and synergy that great companies are built, is an underlying philosophy of Renaissance.
