Lee helps out with accounting, merchandising and tastings part time while she completes her engineering degree. At the same time she is developing an appreciation for fine wine (her favourites are Champagne (duh) Riesling and Gewurztraminer). When not at school (or texting) Lee likes to play piano and is a keen athlete.
