Tatiana has become the “voice” of RWM’s customer service desk for our domestic wine sales. She processes our customers’ orders for BC wine quickly and accurately and she responds to a varied range of customer service inquiries. Tatiana is no stranger to wine, as it is one of her passions. She has worked in outside sales, selling wine from Hope to Vancouver. She has also worked in wine sales on the retail side of the business, so her experience makes her the perfect person for her role at RWM. Away from the office, you’ll find her in the garden keeping an eye on her basil for the annual pesto or tailoring in her studio.
