This Cantine is the young up-and-comer in a region that is, for the most part, quite reserved and traditional. It is a little unusual because this is a social co-operative consisting of many, many growers. However, the young team at the helm and the imaginative winemakers has managed to create a style of wine that is clearly more modern. In fact, so convincing is this new style they have been awarded the “Decanter Magazine Award” (October 2004) for the best Veneto wine – their Amarone Falasco.
