An excellent Brut from a traditional Catalan producer in the heat of Spain. With a long heritage of wine making, the current family of Jose Maria de Carlat Borrell acquired the estate in the 1960s, and have since consolidated the prestige of its wines and cavas creating a range of products that are greatly appreciated for their tradition, and notable for their unpretentious elegance. The Cava Brut is the highlight of the range and confirms the reputation earned by the company for its cava production. Brilliant straw-yellow in colour with a well-balanced mousse. Crisp and clean on the nose and elegant on the palate with a smooth and balanced finish.
