The Americans still dominate the Chardonnay/Cabernet business for good reasons. They continue to apply their confidence with everything else, especially Merlot, Syrah, Pinot Noir and Sparkling wine. One of the founding fathers of clean and crisp Sauvignon Blanc, labeled Fume Blanc (still one of the best examples and one of our favourites) but recently their red wines (especially Zinfandel) are gaining a loyal foothold. Great wines, great people.
