It will be hard for Germany to match the sales it had in Canada during the 1970s and 1980s, but the good news is the wine quality is light years ahead of where it was. Really wonderful Kabinetts and many, many good dry and half dry wines are being made. These are perfect wines for active lifestyles (low alcohol levels) and modern cuisine.
