Christian Moueix took over from his father, the destiny of this prestigious Bordeaux négociant firm a few years ago. Besides a few years spent in California to expand his wine experience, Christian has worked closely with Jean Claude Berrouet, his enologist, throughout his life to bring their famous estates of Petrus, Trottanoy, Magdelaine and others to the peak level. Today, no firm is more respected and specialized in the famous “right bank” Merlot based wines than Jean Pierre Moueix.
