The Americans still dominate the Chardonnay/Cabernet business for good reasons. They continue to apply their confidence with everything else, especially Merlot, Syrah, Pinot Noir and Sparkling wine. They are very knowledgeable, service oriented and reliable suppliers and partners for us. There are additional single vineyards selections on our fine wine website. When Tom Jordan was unable to purchase the kind of Chateau he wanted in France (in the 1970s) he created his own in California. Today, his Jordan winery is clearly one of the most timeless and beautiful wineries in the world. His winemaker and general manager have been with him since the first vintage and the style has never wavered despite being unloved by certain critics. Still making just two wines, the best they can do each year – Cabernet and Chardonnay.
